Why do you use social media for your craft/art/design/photography/making/ business?
What is the purpose behind all the time and effort you spend into it?
What is your social media strategy?
👉Is it to raise your profile?
👉Is it it get well known within your niche?
👉Is it to inspire a purchase?
👉Is to build an audience?
👉Is to engage with audience and test the waters with designs?
👉or is it to 'hard sell'?
There are so many different strategies, the list isn't exhaustive, though I sincerely hope yours isn't 'hard sell' - that one rarely, if ever, works on organic social media!
The reason I ask is because it is really easy to forget your WHY and to then start posting in ways which don't serve you and your creative business.
Yet when you stay true to your WHY, your posts improve, which improves engagement, which results in you getting seen more and noticed by more of your audience.... if you get the post right!
Your food for thought for today: Social Media has a place in your business, but it shouldn't be your business!
So what place does Social Media have in your business?
Why do you use Social Media for your business?
Let me know in the comments, it is a good one for you to know!
