Ecommerce Fast Fix with me, Nicola Smith, isn’t a friendly catch up and chat.
It’s 30 minutes laser focused on solving one problem or challenge in your shop.
Maybe it's:

The information you share on the form gives me a heads-up on your business and issue or challenge you are facing - so I can prep before we meet. This way, we make the most of our 30 minutes together and give you the best chance of leaving with a fix. -
Book your session. In the email you’ll also get a link to choose a time. If nothing suits your schedule, just email me and we’ll sort a time which does.

How soon can I book in for a Fast Fix session?
As soon as we can find a mutual space in our diaries.
What kind of issues or challenges can I bring to a Fast Fix session?
Pretty much anything we can get our teeth into in 30 minutes. It could be a tactical question (like a product page or checkout tweak), a tech issue that needs untangling, messaging, or a strategic decision you’re stuck on.
Because I prep in advance using the details you share on the form, we can hit the ground running which saves us time.
These sessons are for one off, fast fixes.
If you need support with a bigger projects that need more time - like complete shop overhauls, full traffic strategies, email sequence rewrites or in-depth audits. If that’s where you’re at, Ecommerce Coaching (3 or 6 sessions) or Growth Partner (12 months) will be a better fit.
Can we really solve something in 30 minutes?
Yes - as long as we focus on one issue. The form you complete beforehand lets me prep so we can hit the ground running. If it turns out your challenge is too big for Fast Fix, I’ll get in touch to suggest better options before we meet.
Do I need to prepare?
Just fill in the short form after booking - it gives me the details I need to prepare. On the call itself, bring any data, links, or screenshots that will help me understand the problem.
What if I have more than one issue?
Fast Fix is designed for one problem at a time.
If you’ve got more on your plate, the 1:1Ecommerce Coaching packages (3 or 6 sessions) or Ecommerce Growth Partner (12 months)are better fits.
Will the call be recorded?
If you would like the call recorded please say at the start of the session and I'll ensure you receive a copy.
What if we need to reschedule?
You can manage your bookying through the booking system, TidyCal to rearrange.
If you don’t show up, I’ll wait 15 minutes. You can rearrange but the 15 minutes will be deducted from your rearranged session.
