This weekend I went out to buy a brand new car. I was ready to buy.
You are probably thinking, it was awful because I had a stereotypical pushy car salesman. That would have been an improvement!!
This salesman didn’t ask me for the sale, in fact he didn’t engage with me at all.
He LOST the sale with his lack of interest and enthusiasm. I’m here talking through my awful experience, and the lessons we can both learn and apply to our own businesses, to make sure we leave our customers filling overjoyed at having bought from us.
This really is a lesson in how NOT to sell!!
