We work on whatever needs work - but usually those finer details are the ones that make the world of difference - and it's all done with love, care and attention.
If we bumped into each other on the street, I’d probably invite you to the nearest coffee shop so I could ask you all about your business. I’d want to learn about your products, sales and your marketing... I'd be asking questions like:
- "What are you top three traffic sources?"
- "What's your conversion rate?"
- "And your AOV, LTV and profit margin...?"
Because numbers tell the real story about what's happening in your business.
I’d probably share a few strategic ideas and practical suggestions too... because, as an Ecommerce Growth Specialist, well, that's what I do.
